Local Government Code §118.131, it is ordered by the Court that
the Sheriff and Constables of Bexar County are to charge the

Constable's commission on an Execution or an Order of Sale: First
$10,000, a fee of 10%, an additional 5% of the next $15,000, and
an additional 2.5% of any amounts more than $25,000. When
money is collected by the constable without a sale, 1/2 of the
above commission shall be allowed. **
Mental Health transports outside of Bexar County which require
overnight stays are $295. Same day transports are $185. All
fees are effective as of January 1, 2008
