Eligible first-time homebuyers may receive 6% or 4% in down payment and closing cost assistance to purchase homes located in Bexar County.
- Homebuyers who purchase properties inside the Priority Area (anywhere inside Loop 410 or anywhere south of Hwy. 90 in any Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone) are eligible to receive a 6% grant.
- For all properties located outside the Priority Area, in Bexar County, eligible participants may receive a 4% grant.
All down payment assistance will be calculated based on the final loan amount.
Funding is based on first availability.
All mortgage loans require a 30 year mortgage.
