The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office (BCMEO) Forensic Toxicology Laboratory (FTL) is a full-service, postmortem forensic toxicology laboratory accredited by the American Board of Forensic Toxicologists. The primary mission of the FTL is to provide toxicology support services (analysis, interpretation, and consultation) to the Medical Examiner's Office.  These same services are available on a fee-for-service basis at the discretion of the chief toxicologist.
