all individuals interested in employment as a Deputy with the
Bexar County Sheriff's Office:
It is the general
policy of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office that all Deputies
begin their career with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office in the
Detention Center, regardless of whether that individual has
their TCLEOSE Peace Officer's License or not.
All vacancies
from other divisions within the Sheriff's Office are filled from
internal transfers.
