With many of the County operational functions under the direction of one or more of the many Elected and Appointed officials (over 50 in Bexar County) provided for by State statutes, it is understandable that the average citizen may not be aware of how to access County services. One of my goals is to change that perception by helping Bexar County demonstrate to the citizens that the structure of Texas County government can actually make it a MORE responsive and meaningful form of local government. Because so many County services are provided by officials who periodically face election, the citizens, through their votes, can provide direct, unfiltered input into the provision of public services.
I want PRM to assist these offices and departments in making Bexar County the government that our community prefers to turn to for service delivery and problem solving. To that end, PRM will provide top-quality professional analysis and advice to our customers, including the offices and departments that provide services directly to our community. PRM will focus on delivering real, meaningful results; we're not interested in producing more "shelfware". In PRM, we support innovation, change, and experimentation, but we also support good, old-fashioned competence and hard work. And, I want PRM employees to "Always Be Adding Value" in everything we do.

About the PRM Website
It is my intent to provide visitors to the PRM website with greater access to the products and services the PRM Team offers to our customers--County leadership, managers, employees and citizens. We have built links to current and previous budget documents and financial forecasts. Information about the County's debt and investment programs and information regarding the County Collections Office is available here. Also, Bexar County business owners can learn about the County’s Small Minority-owned Business Enterprise Program. Key items of interest to County employees and managers are also available through this web site--training schedules, HR policies, postings of County job vacancies, and information on employee benefits and compensation. These subjects and more are accessible with a simple click on the appropriate link.
We are also interested in hearing from you. If you have suggestions on how we can improve this website or feedback for members of the PRM Team please do not hesitate to share that with us. Simply click on the "Contact us" link on each of our pages and send us your thoughts.
